Is there a setup fee?

Setup normally runs $299–$995 depending on the plan and is currently waived — $0 setup on every plan. Only the monthly price applies.

Is a contract required?

No. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the go-live date.

How long does setup take?

Most practices are live within five business days: the assistant is trained on the practice’s services, the calendar is connected, and call forwarding is set up.

Is a BAA available?

Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request and is signed before any patient data is handled. The Security page covers the details.

What about unusual call volume?

Practices with very high volume or special routing needs can book a call for a tailored plan rather than one of the three above.
